SIMPLE RECIPE FOR THIS HERB
Stir-fry pork strips. And you may also use chicken breast strips as substitutes for pork.
Ingredients:
1 cup pork strips
1 large potato boiled and cut into wedges
handful of coriander
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pc. small red onion
1 clove garlic
Direction:

Direction:
- Marinate pork strips with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and season with salt ang black pepper.
- Turn on the stove into high heat. In a frying pan put a little of vegetable oil, stir fry onion, garlic until translucent.
- Add the marinated pork strips into hot frying pan stir and mix it well and sprinkle handful of coriander.
- On plating place your boiled potato on the side of stir-fry pork strips and garnish with the remaining cilantro leaves.
- Served and share to everyone.
