Organic Mint Herb

Mint

Mint is one of the ultimate summer herbs because of the cooling and cleansing feeling it gives.

Mint has also been found to relieve tons of common health problems, such as IBS, hiccups and cramps.

This organically grown mint plant in my backyard garden, from "compost waste" for fertilizer to "vinegar solutions" as pesticides they are all organic without using harmful chemical to growing plants.

USE: This versatile herb is easy to add into any summer meal, such as drinks, meats, veggies, jellies and desserts. Example:

Ginger Tea with couple of mint leaves serve hot and cold.

Mock Tail Drink pineapple juice added with calamansi, liquid sugar and mint leaves.

For red meat like beef dishes add some mint at the end of your cooking to flavor your beef stew or stir fry beef recipe.

And for tropical fruit platter. Pineapple is the best complement for this herb plant, In one pineapple pealed and slice use three pieces of calamansi juice and sprinkle with freshly bruised mint and then give a nice toss into the mixing bowl.
